We want to make your returns process as easy as possible. Please follow the steps below and refer to the terms and conditions for further details.

We do not offer exchanges or store credit. For a better experience, we offer refunds instead.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Submit a Return Request

  • Complete the return form and email it to orders@prime-example.com.au, including your order/invoice number.
  • Wait for further instructions from our team.

2. Condition of Items

  • The item(s) must be unworn, unopened, and undamaged.
  • The item(s) must be returned in original condition, with all original tags attached.

3. Include Documentation

  • Your return request must include:
  • Order number
  • Copy of the invoice
  • Reason for the return

4. Return Time Frame

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date with a completed returns form
  • Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive all items

5. Return Shipping

  • All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked courier service for returns.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received faulty or incorrectly supplied items, please contact us at orders@prime-example.com.au immediately.
